Return Policy

While we hope that everything you order works perfectly every time, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you need a return or exchange, here’s what to do:

-Request a return authorization number by emailing returns@shopmasons.com We will reply promptly with an RA number for you and a checklist of acceptable returns. Items shipped back without an RA number will be automatically declined and shipped back to you.

-Once you have received your Return Authorization number, please write it on the outside of your box so it can be processed correctly when it gets back to us.

-If you merchandise fits within our criteria, you will receive your exchange, store credit, or refund.

 

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
-All returns must be received within 10 days of original shipping date for reimbursement in your original form of payment. You have 14 days from original shipping date for store credit or exchange.

-All items must be returned to us in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, smoke-free, and tags attached.

-Shoes must be returned with their original, undamaged shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox cannot be returned damaged.

-Jewelry, intimates, and SALE are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased with promo codes or other one-time discounts are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

 

DAMAGES:

-We thoroughly inspect all merchandise for damages before they are sent out, but if something slips by us, please let us know immediately.

-We must be notified about your damage prior to wearing your item. Damages will not be accepted if they do not fit the normal return criteria (unwashed, unworn, smoke-free, tags attached).

-Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise if you have a damage. We will promptly get back to you, cover return shipping, and replace your item or offer a refund.

-Damages not reported within 3 days will have the same return policy as all other merchandise. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer after the 3-day threshold expires.

-To report a damage, email returns@shopmasons.com with a photo of the damaged area, your name and order number.

 

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
